1. The number of arbitrators shall be one.
2. The seat of the arbitration shall be the DIFC.
3. The governing law shall be UAE.

5. The language of the proceedings shall be English.
6. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC courts for enforcing arbitral awards.
