Noble Adventure Tourism LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify any part of our tours or activities at our discretion without prior notice to the participants.
Payment for any activity must be made in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if full payment is not received at least two days before the activity starts.
If a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of an activity, or if the participant fails to arrive on time at the designated start location, no refund will be issued.
Additionally, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, cancel, alter, or omit any part of an activity due to various factors, including but not limited to, weather conditions, accidents, illnesses, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. Depending on the situation and at our discretion, along with that of our suppliers, a full or partial refund may be provided.
